Customers are very important to us. We will always help the customer about the purchase in our store. Our supporting hours 9:30AM to 11.30PM Monday to Sunday.

Privacy & Safety
The security of your personal information is important to us. We try to keep all types of daily necessities in our store. We have home delivery services for essential items as per your needs. When you buy, look carefully at the item. All items are non-refundable. And the item to be returned is not eligible for return unless there is a good reason for the item being returned.
Request to customers, after you receive the package, you will take a video on your mobile when you open the package. This video is very valuable to us for the return policy.
আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা আমাদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। আমাদের স্টোরে সব ধরণের নিত্য প্ৰয়োজনীয় জিনিস রাখার চেষ্টা করছি। আপনাদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী প্ৰয়োজনীয় জিনিস আপনাদের বাড়িতে ডেলিভারি ব্যাবস্তা আছে। আপনারা যখন কিনবেন তখন বস্তু সম্পর্কে ভালোভাবে দেখে কিনবেন। সব বস্তু ফেরত যোগ্য নয়। আর যে বস্তুটা ফেরত দেবেন সেই বস্তুর উপযুক্ত কারণ ছাড়া ফেরত যোগ্য নয়।
কাস্টমারদের কাছে অনুরোধ, আপনারা প্যাকিং হাতে পাওয়ার পরে যথন প্যাকিং খুলবেন তখন আপনি আপনার মোবাইলে একটা ভিডিও তুলে রাখবেন। রিটার্ন পলিসির জন্য এই ভিডিও টা আমাদের কাছে খুব মূল্যবান।

Wholesale Inquiries
If a customer wants to buy wholesale items from us, they will get it at very low prices. Delivery charge will be required according to the quantity and distance of different items. Wholesale has no return policy for items. If you receive a wrong item, please quick call us.
যদি কোনো কাস্টমার আমাদের কাছ থাকে হোলসেল বস্তু কিনতে চান তা অনেক কম দামে পেয়ে যাবেন। বিভিন্ন বস্তুর পরিমান , দূরত্ব অনুজাই ডেলিভারি চার্জ লাগবে। হোলসেলে বস্তুর কোন রিটার্ন পলিসি নেই। যদি কোন ভুল বস্তু রিসিভ করেন তবে আমাদের দ্রুত কল করে জানান।
